Designed to fit all Bosch Compact model stand mixer/kitchen machines (whose model numbers begin with MUM 4), this mill employs a conical steel grinding mechanism for consistent performance when grinding grains such as wheat, rye, and rice. Important: The mill has no motor and cannot operate independently of the kitchen machines. It adjusts the grind from fine to coarse even during operation, and grinds directly into the stand mixer's bowl. Its rugged plastic tray holds up to 26-1/2 ounces (750 grams), with calibrations in 250-gram units. The tray measures 5-5/8 inches in diameter.
