This 9'' multipurpose serrated/bread knife features the ergonomic designs of Ken Onion with an ambidextrous riveted Pakkawood handle and a reverse serrated blade that is aggressive enough to glide through the hard crust of artisan breads or heavy skinned fruit and vegetables, but will also make smooth cuts through meat without tearing. The blade construction is clad with 33 layers of steel and a VG10 "super steel" core ground to a 16 degree cutting angle.
