From Capresso, the black CoffeeTEAM lets you choose from 2 to 10 cups for serving only a few or a larger group. You can also select mild, regular or strong depending on how strong you like your beverage, and choose from four fineness settings. Program the CoffeeTEAM either manually or using the automatic setting - this way you always enjoy the same coffee taste time after time. Because the grinding and brewing are separate units, moisture in the grinder is never a problem. Using solid steel conical burrs, the CoffeeTEAM slow-grinds the programmed amount of beans directly into the filter then the filter automatically swings back and the brewing process begins. The slow grinding of the burrs imparts minimal heat preserving more aroma. If you prefer, you can also use pre-ground coffee (without the use of the grinder) for decaf or flavored coffees. Other features include a charcoal water filter that removes up to 83 of chlorine and other impurities (the electronic filter indicator shows when to replace the charcoal filter), an AM/PM programmable clock and timer that lets you set the time for grinding and brewing and a Stop-and-Serve capability. It is equipped with a two-hour safety shut-off (the heating element will shut off by itself conserving energy and giving you peace of mind; the coffee remains warm for up to two hours on the non-stick warming plate). Comes with a GoldTone filter (size 4, conical).
