The Hasty-Bake 270 Fiesta Built-in Charcoal Grill is identical to the best selling stainless steel Gourmet model except the fire door and crank handle are located in the front so the unit may be built-in. It features 834 square inches of cooking surface (523 square inches of primary cooking area), stainless steel primary cooking surface, 18 gauge polished 304 stainless steel base, and 20 gauge stainless steel hood with 3/16\\ tempered glass. This Charcoal Grill has 18 and 12 gauge stainless steel lift and fire box. Unit is 21 1/2\\ deep overall including exhaust chimney attached to back of grill. Adjustable Fire Box Using the crank handle located on the side to raise and lower the fire box, this feature allows for total flexibility in the style of cooking (sear a steak, bake a ham, smoke a salmon). The pullout box features a heavy duty 0.25 diameter fire grates which hold the charcoal while allowing the ash to fall through into the ash pan. Grease Drain System V-shaped grills encourage grease and fat to drain off the meat, drip into the grease drain and continue outside the unit to the grease cup. Flare-ups are virtually eliminated. Full-Width Fire Door Allows for easy loading and starting of the fire, as well as removal of the fire box and ash pan for simplified cleaning.
