The set, which includes a protective, stainless steel gift box with latch, includes: a Soft Cheese Knife: features a curved, 5-in. blade with holes that slip through soft cheese, preventing the blade from sticking. A Hard Cheese Knife: features a curved 4.75-in. blade with prongs for slicing and picking up all kinds of cheese. A Parmesan Cheese Knife: features a short, wedge-shaped, 2.5-in. blade for breaking off bits of Parmesan or other crumbly cheese.
