This covered deep Chef/Wok pan has a thick base, which allows you to cook your food in an evenly heated pan with less heat than a thinner base would permit. Other features include a heat-tempered glass lid, a heat-resistant handle, and a nonstick Ceramic Titanium interior surface that is safe for use with metal utensils and won't crack, peel, or blister. The Chef/Wok pan is oven-safe to 500 degrees.
