The improved R2N from Robot Coupe gives additional capacity and a more powerful motor than previous R2N models, all in an attractive, compact design. This combination vegetable prep and vertical cutter-mixer prepares 850 servings in 3 hours or less. The vegetable prep attachment is specially designed for quality continuous feed slicing, shredding, grating and julienne, and can accommodate 21 different processing plates. Bowl attachment is designed as a vertical cutter-mixer, to chop, puree, blend, mix and knead doughs.<br /><br />This unit features a direct-drive, capacitor-type, fan-cooled 1 HP motor. The special "on-off" and pulse switches will not operate without bowl lid or feed locked in place, for increased employee safety. The attachments are easily removed for cleaning. Continuous feed vegetable prep attachment with two deep feed openings for fast, consistent results. Includes motor base unit with "on-off" pulse switch, clear 3 quart polycarbonate cutter bowl with lid and stainless steel "S" blade, continuous feed attachment with discharge plate, one medium R209 (2mm) 5/64" grating plate and one R211 (4mm) 5/32" slicing disc. Factory warranty: One year parts and labor, three years on motor. UL, ETL.
