Despite its powerful, 625-watt motor, this food processor is surprisingly silent as it chops and slices ingredients from garlic to shallots. It has a 12-cup work bowl with a cast-metal handle and a sturdy, die-cast metal base. Also included is a smaller, 3-cup work bowl. In front, Viking's large control knob includes an On/Off and Pulse function. On the back, another Viking exclusive: rear wheels to help maneuver across countertops. The discs come with a caddy for storing.
