This well-balanced, roomy, and surprisingly lightweight pan spans two burners. The grids are well spaced, running on the diagonal instead of straight across, and sear in deep, rich grill marks, which add a pleasant charred accent to vegetables and meat. Cure it first with a quick wipe of oil. It will accommodate six chops or burgers, and they'll cook in short order. While they're resting, grill peppers and mushrooms to accompany them.
